Robert Stols Training & Coaching / STOLLA 

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to alloffers, training programs, services, and agreements provided by Robert Stols Training & Coaching, operating under the name STOLLA. 

2. Registration and Agreement
A registration for a training or camp is considered final upon receipt of the registration form and full payment. After registration, the participant will receive a confirmation by email. STOLLA reserves the right to refuse participation without stating reasons. 

3. Payment
Participation fees must be paid in full prior to the start date of the training camp or program, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not received on time, STOLLA reserves the right to deny participation. 

4. Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellation must be communicated in writingor via email.
- If cancellation occurs up to 30 days beforethe start date, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for cancellationswithin 30 days prior to the start date.
- In consultation, the participant maytransfer their registration to a future edition. 

5. Cancellation or Changes by STOLLA
- STOLLA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a camp or training in case of insufficient participants or forcemajeure.
- In case of cancellation by STOLLA, the fullparticipation fee will be refunded unless the participant chooses to transfer to a later edition.
- STOLLA is not liable for additional costs such as travel or accommodation expenses. 

6. Liability
Participation in activities organized by STOLLA is entirely at the participant’s own risk.STOLLA will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and health of participants during activities. However, STOLLA is not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings, unless caused by gross negligence or intent. 

7. Health and Personal Responsibility
Participants are required to disclose any health issues, injuries, or physical limitations before the start of the camp.Participants are responsible for assessingtheir own physical capabilities. 

8. Program Changes
STOLLA reserves the right to modify theprogram, schedule, location, or training times if necessary due tocircumstances. Such changes do not entitle the participant to a (partial)refund. 

9. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions), STOLLA may cancel orreschedule the event.Participants are not entitled to a refund but may transfer their participation to a future edition. 

10. Intellectual Property
All materials, concepts, and programs provided by STOLLA remain the intellectual property of STOLLA and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without explicit written permission. 

11. Governing Law
All legal relationships between participants and STOLLA are governed by the law of the country where STOLLA is officially registered.  Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of STOLLA’s registered office.
